North South Contracting Services is a privately owned British company.

Since formation in 2008, we have built a strong reliable business based around trust and communication. We will always meet our client’s objectives no matter how large or small the project.

With our principles built around communication we will always be on hand should you ever need to discuss a possible project or a live on-going project, we believe that with our levels of communication it is one of the many reasons North South Contracting Services stands on the shoulders of our competitors.

We work on modular buildings, office fit-outs and refurbishments as well as offering maintenance, cleaning and snagging services throughout the construction industry.

All our projects are managed to the highest level as to ensure we always deliver to our promises, we always achieve our goals projects delivered on time, on budget and to our high standards of finish.

During Pre-Construction, we will:

• Work with our clients to ensure we develop a cost budget on your projects requirements.
• Work closely with our clients and suppliers to ensure the most effective design and final budgets are created.
• Ensure that all elements of the project are broken down into a full scope of works to ensure clarity with our costings.
• Agree time scales based on a full project programme, which will enable us to hit our clients required hand over dates.
• Check all Health and Safety as well as financial elements of the project, to ensure all our projects are delivered hassle free.
• Submit our final scope and designs to our clients for sign off.

During the Construction Phase, we will:

• Issue full project reports on a fortnightly basis to inform our clients of progress.
• Issue Confirmation of Verbal Requests, when instructed by the client.
• Fully Implement our quality management procedures to ensure all works proceed in the correct manor and time scales.
• Submit Valuations throughout the works with percentage sign offs to enable clear progress to be tracked by the client.
• Sign off each element of our own construction works prior to engaging the client on a hand over.
• Prepare and submit Final accounts.
• Issue Full O&M information upon completion.

Health and Safety

We take Health and Safety extremely seriously at North South and are proud to have our own Internal Health and Safety advisor in John Cook.

John is free to discuss any Health and Safety matters regarding our projects past or present.

With our Strict policy's and regular site audits, North South operatives are always aware of their responsibility to not only themselves but also the others around them.
